One-way thrust ball bearings
HOGO single direction thrust ball bearings consist of a shaft washer, a housing washer and a ball and cage assembly. As their name implies, single direction thrust ball bearings can accommodate axial loads and locate a shaft axially, in one direction only.
Description
HOGO single direction thrust ball bearings consist of a shaft washer, a housing washer and a ball and cage assembly. As their name implies, single direction thrust ball bearings can accommodate axial loads and locate a shaft axially, in one direction only.
Thrust ball bearing
Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads at high speeds and consist of a washer-like ferrule with ball rolling groove grooves. Since the ferrule is in the shape of a seat cushion, the thrust ball bearing is divided into two types: a flat base cushion type and a self-aligning spherical seat cushion type. In addition, this bearing can withstand axial loads but cannot withstand radial loads. The bearing has a contact angle of 90 degrees and can only withstand one-way axial load. It can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or the casing in one direction. The axis of the shaft and the casing hole are not allowed to be inclined during installation.
Composition
The thrust ball bearing is composed of a seat ring, a shaft ring and a steel ball cage assembly. The so-called shaft ring that cooperates with the shaft, and the seat ring that cooperates with the outer casing.
Use
It is only suitable for parts that are subjected to axial load and low speed, such as crane hooks, vertical pumps, vertical centrifuges, grinders, ball mills, etc. The shaft ring, race and rolling element of the bearing are separated and can be assembled and disassembled separately.
