Heat treatment process use the technology of nitrate martensitic hardening , it reduced the amount of deformation, this technology make the steel microstructure more stable and uniform after high tempering.
*Balls(G10level Z4 group precision ball) ,cages(processed by ion nitriding ) and rings from production to assembly all follow the standard of ABEC-5
*FXMNJ1 grease which is pressureproof and imported formula , carrying through V shaped sealing ring which is noise reduction design and waterproof , make the whole bearings to be high load, long life, impact resistance, very high performance and low noise. Its Working life increased by more than 50% compare with ordinary deep groove ball bearings

we have production line on :turning, heat-treatment, grinding, packing.each workshop have two manager and Trained professional workers, 3-4 QC,we produce strickly accordingly to ISO9001 standard.
